StarPet is a pet AI style preview platform. Users upload pet photos, and AI generates fun themed style previews — from birthday parties to magazine covers. This service is currently in MVP testing phase — some features may not be fully complete.

2. User Responsibilities

By using this service, you agree that:

• Uploaded photos must be of a pet you legally own
• You will not upload infringing, illegal, or inappropriate content
• You will not abuse the service (e.g., bulk submissions, automated attacks)
• The email address you provide is valid

3. Intellectual Property

• You retain full ownership of your uploaded photos
• AI-generated preview images are for preview purposes only
• Platform UI, brand name, and logo are owned by StarPet
• Template designs are copyrighted by StarPet

4. Disclaimer

This service is provided "as is." AI-generated previews may differ from actual merchandise. We are not liable for:

• AI-generated results not meeting expectations
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• User data loss (please back up your photos)

5. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via the email you provide.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
